Job Details

  • Confidently serve as a well-informed knowledge source on payroll and benefits
  • Administer payroll and resolve employee payroll issues
  • Benefits administration and advocacy including coordinating enrollment, anticipating annual renewal and open enrollment, and working closely with parent company on educating employees about options
  • Maintain and update company HRIS and compile reports as needed
  • Prepare and maintain monthly staffing/employee reports
  • Maintain, update and distribute company handbook
  • Recruit, screen and interview job applicants
  • Participate in general recruitment effort and conduct reference checks
  • Prepare for new employees and conduct new employee orientations
  • Stay up-to-date on compliancy issues affecting the HR department and the company
  • Create and maintain organized and complete human resource records including electronic files, paper files and binders and appropriate backup and support
  • Partner with Talent Team on:
    • Onboarding
    • Voluntary terminations & exit interviews
    • Cultural initiatives and perks 
    • Employee Satisfaction/Relations


  • A BA/BS degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Viewed as trustworthy, reliable and accessible point of contact for employees
  • Expertise in benefits administration
  • Experience with ADP Payroll or other similar program
  • Knowledge of Namely or other similar HRIS
  • High level of comfort with numbers as they relate to payroll, benefits, etc.
  • Knowledge of Box and/or other cloud-based storage systems
  • Ability to multitask and switch gears quickly
  • Great attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Enthusiasm for the mission and culture of both the HR team and GPG
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Willingness to take initiative to suggest to ideas, opportunities, and strategies.
  • A demonstrated capacity for leadership and teamwork
  • A high level of skill in handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • A strong customer service focus
