Responsible for entire HR function, the ideal candidate will have experience with heavy full-cycle recruiting, (interviewing, background screening, on-boarding, terminations, exit interviews) employee relations, as well as development and retention. Reporting directly to the CEO, develops, recommends, and implements HR policies and procedures. Supports management staff by consulting on all relations issues and terminations. Analyzes compensation and assists in developing salary budgets. Plans, develops and implements performance appraisal program and revises as necessary. Establishes and maintains function’s records and reports in adherence with all applicable federal and state guidelines. Maintains company employee handbook, organization charts, and employee directory. Manages workman's comp administration with strictest confidence and discretion. Prepares and maintains safety program manual in strict compliance with OSHA. Creates ad hoc reports for CEO as required.


The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, have a solid 3-5 years of HR management experience, advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Fluency in Spanish required.
