Job Details

The HR Manager is responsible for the full cycle Human Resource function including; Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management, Safety and Compliance, and Organizational Planning. The position will also manage the Receptionist and the HR Assistant, who performs the day-to-day administration tasks of the HRIS System, Employee Benefits, Payroll and activities of Employee Engagement. The Human Resource Manager will collaborate across the organization and work closely with upper management


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area.

  • 5+ years management level human resources or HR Generalist experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong working knowledge in benefit programs and employment law, including but not limited to HIPAA, COBRA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, and Privacy Laws.

  • One or more of the following certification PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge in Payroll. Familiar with Paylocity a plus.

  • Knowledge of safety programs including OSHA and ANSI regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal communication skills required.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, computer and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) required.

  • Self-starter that is able to define, enrich, and enhance this role on an ongoing basis.
