HR Manager Needed

HR Manager needed to design and implement the people foundations for a great place to work.  We have grown to 175 people and continue to add to our ranks weekly.  HR has been handled by other leaders until now, but we really need a true hands-on leader to take the helm and help us up our game in HR.  If you have the skills and the drive to handle the job, we would love to hear from you.

Our Human Resources Manager will work with the team at Miriam to brainstorm, develop, implement and maintain a human resources function. The HR Manager will have responsibilities related to talent acquisition, talent management, onboarding, orientation, training, insurance and benefit vendor management, as well as employee relations.  We must have someone who knows employment laws and is capable of designing our programs with very little oversite.  After you are onboard, we may also add a Recruiter that this role will supervise; it is initially a solo HR shop.  The successful candidate will be able to guide us about what we need in HR.

What Miriam Provides

  • An outstanding team of people who have a heart for children and our mission
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision and life insurance
  • Salary commensurate with experience and education in the $50 to $60,000 range
  • A chance to lay the foundations that will help Miriam thrive and grow long into the future

No phone calls, please
