Based in breathtaking Ketchikan, AK, our Ketchikan Medical Center is actively recruiting for an HR Partner to join our team. A consultant and trusted advisor, the HR partner will play an essential role in improving organizational effectiveness and success. Through a creative and innovative approach, this HR professional will identify and assess organizational issues and the potential impact of solutions.  A true collaborator, this position provides mentorship and guidance within their service line.

 

A successful HR Partner must have the following qualifications…

  • Associates degree in relevant field; bachelors preferred
  • Four years human resources experience
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Experience in a shared services organization preferred
