Purpose of the Job


The HR Partner – Signature Solutions Team Members will be responsible for a portfolio of businesses and/or functions and/or sites. They will support leaders in the deployment of multiple Talent Solutions including: Performance Management, Talent Reviews, New Leader Onboarding, Leadership Pipeline and many other topics, enabling them to fulfil their role as people managers, which in turn is translated into business results.


Job Locations: Multiple roles & locations:

  • Research Triangle Park, NC
  • Virtual Southeast coverage area position (Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi)
  • Florham Park, NJ
  • Midwest (Ohio, Wyandotte, MI)
  • Virtual Midwest coverage area position  (IL, IO)


Principal Responsibilities


For each solution, the team member is responsible for (not exhaustive):

  • Owning delivery, cascade or facilitation from alignment and preparation to execution

  • Measuring effectiveness of the application and solution sustainability

  • Ensuring transparency of information for continuous improvement within the HR Community

  • Following the guidance of the CoEs as far as process harmonization and approach

  • Looking for ways to simplify and enhance the leader and/or employee experience as they go through these processes and human capital discussions

  • Making the connection and articulating to managers the business case of any given solution

HR Solutions (Processes and Initiatives) that will be led by this team include:


Performance Management

Coordinate and manage the performance management process, ensuring clear communication to the organization, compliance, consistency and objectivity. Provides leadership to ensure performance review evaluations are administered fairly and effectively.

  • Analysis & Alignment with senior leaders

  • Scheduling calibration sessions

  • Facilitating calibration sessions

  • Feedback loop to CoE & respective SHRBA

  • “Post-season” action review include trend analysis and continuous improvement measures

Employee Development - Talent Review

Coordinate and integrate the Talent Management process at the site to include detailed analysis of potential talent gaps and development of career plans.

  • Analysis & Alignment with senior leader

  • Scheduling calibration sessions

  • Facilitating calibration sessions

  • Feedback loop to CoE & respective SHRBA

  • Succession Planning

  • Leadership Pipeline

  • “Post-season” action review include trend analysis and continuous improvement measures

Onboarding of employees and leaders

New Leader Assimilations and Employee’s day 1 orientation - Coordinate and manage these two processes


Leadership Pipeline

Support for Talent Events and other in demand activities as directed by the Leadership Excellence and Development CoE, for instance:

  • Talent Summit (once a year)

  • Talent Forum (2x per year)

  • Regional Development Center (1-3 x per year)

  • Get-to-know of L2 with regional talents (on demand)

D+I and NA HR Regional Priorities

NA Priorities: critical for human capital strategy. Regional initiative developed by COE; implementation by Core Solutions Team. Demand created by NALT, CEO, NAEC, GHRLT etc. Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Strategy 2025

  • MSBS (outsourced)

  • NALT Challenge

  • Conversations That Matter (CTM)


Knowledge and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in HR related field. OR 7+ years progressive HR experience without degree.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, guidelines, policies and practices. 

  • Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to use sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the job.

  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.

  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and initiative.

  • The role will be located in one of the sites with higher concentration of leaders and employees within the geographic cluster of his/her responsibility

  • The individual must have the ability to travel to assigned sites on a frequent and regular basis
