Job Details

The HR Project Coordinator role is an exciting, challenging, and highly visible role supporting our VP, Human Resources for HR Shared Services (HR Technology, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Resource Center, HR Operations and Talent Acquisition). The successful candidate will need to take initiative, exercise independent thinking, juggle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast paced environment. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and an interest in working in a professional and team-oriented environment is a must. In this role, the candidate will have the ability to learn about C&S and our HR function.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit presentations
  • Coordinate and manage lifecycle of special projects, as requested
  • Assign project teams, assigning membership and delegating tasks and responsibilities
  • Develop relationships across our business and functions to help support the utilization and allocation of resources
  • Developing and presenting analytics and reports to Senior Management
  • Actively participates in all leadership and broader business meetings or conference calls by:
    • Designing and disseminating meeting materials and agendas;
    • Leading/facilitating team meetings;
    • Designing meeting structure and coordinating meeting events
    • Recording feedback from meeting and provide a summary to management team and providing recommendations to leadership on ways to achieve action items
  • Evaluate the applications and/or workflow process and provides recommendations to management on process improvements
  • Educate team members on components of C&S specific Project Management trends and tools
  • Use Project Management experience to provide training, support and guidance to team members
  • Researching and compile materials needed for important meetings, calls and projects
  • Learn a wide range of systems and processes
  • Attend meetings, capture meeting notes and assist in follow up action items
  • Interface with internal and external customers
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred, or years of relevant experience
  • Ability to be proactive and responsive
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and effectively execute in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritization complemented by strong decision-making capability
  • Excellent communication skills and written skills. Must have the ability to comfortably interact & communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated and utilizes experience to set and accomplish goals
