Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bilingual)   

Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm

Position Summary: Performs a variety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of high volume recruiting.





  • Full time recruiting position for general labor and skilled positions.

  • Recruiter (must be fluent in English/Spanish)

  • Must have experience with high-volume recruiting (40+ openings per month)

  • Manage advertising for openings, interviewing candidates, collecting and processing new hire paperwork

  • Participate in HR events to ensure proper participation and deadlines are met.  

  • Maintain HR records in the HRIS and develop reports and metrics for management as required.

  • Stays current on state/federal employment laws.  

  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures; report unsafe activities to the safety department.

  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Must be bilingual, fluent in English/Spanish

  • Must have at least 5 years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry

  • Must have excellent computer skills (create PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets, reporting metrics)

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Strong verbal and written communications

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently

  • Ability to work and interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills

  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues

  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide back-up to others in department as needed

  • PHR or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
