Job Details

Under general supervision of the Director of Talent Aquisition and in collaboration with department managers, HR recruiters will identify, assess and bring top talent to EHMC. Responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, as well as the community. 


Job Essentials:

Recruits, screens, and interviews for designated Medical Center exempt/non-exempt staff positions.

Meets with internal applicants regarding transfers/promotional opportunities; assesses internal applicants' qualifications for vacant positions.

Ensures all hires meet the criteria established in the job description.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing.

Shares recruiting trends and innovative techniques to maintain a competitive state-of-the-art recruiting practice 

Communicates effectively by proactively keeping others informed, sharing ideas in a team environment and promptly addressing recruitment matters.

Organizes and actively participates in professional career days, job fairs, on-site recruitment, open houses, etc.

Advises supervisory staff regarding recruitment policies and procedures.

Assists in the compilation of statistics for periodic and/or special reports.



Bachelor's degree in a related field

Prior talent acquisition experience required; healthcare recruiting experience preferred

Experience with applicant tracking software is essential

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
