HR Recruiting Coordinator

The human resource recruiting coordinator is responsible for administrative support and for performing variety of administrative functions in the human resource department. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Talk to recruiters and develop lists of interview team
  • Flexibly change and rearrange schedule as needed to accommodate times and schedules of both candidate and interviewing manager
  • Send calendar invites out with complete job description, applicant’s resume or application
  • Enter data into system to track status of candidates, background checks, I9 info, background and drug screens, so that all parties can be updated
  • Compiling data from multiple sources to present and summarize to appropriate audience
  • Keep manager informed of start date and time and onboarding plans for new starts
  • Provide Executive Assistance to the Vice President of Human Resources
  • Sent out go-to-meeting invites, open teleconference lines, show powerpoint presentations and prepare meetings for effective interaction of all presenters
  • Order food for in-house meetings
  • Ability to be organized, follow through relentlessly, ensure closure on all items and respond back to candidates in a timely manner
  • Processes new hire paperwork – ex I-9s, policies and procedures
  • Conducts new hire orientation as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

  • Competent at data management
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
  • Some knowledge of LinkedIn, strategies on passive candidate sourcing and recruiting software (ATS)
  • Experience recruiting non-exempt workers would be a plus
  • Experience with transportation, moving furniture installation would be a plus
  • Experience with flex-force, part-time, and peak period staffing initiatives is desirable
