National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA), a nonprofit advocacy organization, is looking for junior level Human Resources Representative to join our team. Applicants should have at least three years of experience working in human resources, specifically in the area of benefits and on-boarding. Proficient with ADP, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent grammatical skills are a must.

The position provides operational, administrative, and technical support of the daily operations for the 3 person HR department. The individual manages programs such as Training & Development, Wellness initiatives and the organization’s Intern Program. Daily work entails data entry of all personnel actions into HRIS, coordination of benefits, and Ad hoc reporting. This individual operates both independently and collaboratively within the HR team.
