Job Details

Under the supervision of the Director, Compensation & HRIS, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for the processing, maintaining and auditing of employee records on the HRIS. The HRIS Analyst maintains administration of HRIS and performance management processes and assists with other systems integrations, vendor relations and special projects as needed. The HRIS Analyst develops and maintains data analytics and reporting for HR and business unit clients.

Requirements

Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in, business or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum of four (4) years related experience with HRIS system administration and analysis
  • Two (2) years general HR or office experience
  • Basic knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment

 

PREFERRED:

  • UltiPro experience
  • Experience with IBM Cognos Business Intelligence
  • Knowledge of SQL and API
