Job Details

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience related to HRIS preferably in healthcare

  • Business Analyst experience required

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR application support (HR Systems, Time and Attendance Systems, or Reporting and Analytics) or equivalent experience
    • Previous project/process design or improvement analysis skills preferred.
    • Prefer experience/knowledge/skills in any combination of the following:
      • SQL, Business Objects (BO) and/or Crystal Reports
      • System Testing/Data Modeling Applications
      • The incumbent is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of services related to the HRMS. The Analyst may be required to support projects and manage cases within the HR Help Desk as well as perform testing in partnership with the IT and Security teams.

        The Analyst is expected to take initiative and have the ability to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision

    • Advance Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel
    • Strong Verbal and Writing skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Specialized HRIS skills which includes application configuration and system support, troubleshooting, and report/query running.
