Job Details

Job Summary: The HRIS Analyst manages and maintains the global human resources information system ADP Workforce Now, global talent/learning system Halogen, and other HR systems. This role also focuses on the analysis of global HR data and presenting results to the leadership team that are used in relevant business outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creates, updates, and modifies systems set-up, validation tables, processes, and codes
  • Partners with managers to generate reports and designs special reports or reports queries as requested
  • Maintains HR systems to ensure continued operations by testing systems, making enhancements, creating efficiencies, and working with vendors to resolve problems
  • Assists in evaluating human resources and organizational needs for HRIS technology, recommends systems design changes or upgrades based on efficiency of current system and user needs
  • Leads mass data import projects such as integrating subsidiaries or acquisitions into HR systems
  • Directs system vendors in various projects
  • Develops and maintains systems security for HRIS access
  • Trains the global human resources team and organization staff on systems and utilization
  • Supports managers in other HR areas as assigned and provides workforce analytics
  • Administers other HR Systems that comprise of the electronic document management system Docufree, org chart system Org Plus, and communication system Everbridge

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area and two to five years-related experiences or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working experience in global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) administration
  • Must demonstrate strong data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills
  • Must have an extensive working knowledge of: Internet software, MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint products) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong MS Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and Formulas)
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Halogen applications preferred
  • Experience with HRIS data imports, SFTP system integration, and Workflow design preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical and technical skills required
  • Flexibility to respond to unanticipated situations, able to manage multiple demands and establish priorities
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to read and comprehend a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
