Job Details

The American College of Radiology, the leading membership and advocacy organization for the radiology profession, seeks an HRIS Analyst to join our team. If you want to utilize your expertise and continue growing your skill set as the administrator for our HCMS, then we welcome the opportunity to hear from you!

The HRIS Analyst is the point of contact for all systems related issues. They will be responsible for maintaining the HRIS; conducting critical audits to ensure accuracy; generating reports and analytics to provide human capital information to managers; compiling data and generating data for compliance requirements; conducting research and problem solving; and monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of data in the systems.

Qualified candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years HRIS experience;
- Knowledge and a deep understanding of the UltiPro systems;
- Proficiency with MS Office; strong technical aptitude, excellent analytical and strong problem solving skills to interpret data and draw conclusions;
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
