Overview

The focus of this role is supporting the Human Resources group as the technical expert and senior analyst on the team - responsible for on-going metric analytics, HR systems, technology, data integrity, reporting, analysis, record management, compensation, and benefits.  Responsibilities will span across all HR functions. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as overall technical lead for Human Resource (HR) Systems including ADP, iCIMS and other adjunct systems.  Manages all day-to-day system development, administration, and management.  Acts as project manager for related HR initiatives.
  • Manages all internal and external data flow, system interfaces, data feeds, and reporting - with Payroll and other internal systems, benefits carriers, vendors, regulatory agencies, auditors, etc.  Documents and manages a calendar and checklist of all required internal and external reporting.
  • Provides daily support for HRIS users (all employees), including providing end-user training and documentation/resources.
  • Development and maintenance of HR components of company intranet.
  • Develop and maintain all job documentation, including job descriptions and job titles (with standard naming conventions).  Develops and implements process to ensure that descriptions are regularly updated and are compliant with internal standards and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Act as central point of contact for all data requests from all internal and external constituents (quality group, auditors, regulatory agencies, etc.)
  • Complete annual compensation survey data input and evaluate pay for positions (individually and all jobs on an annual basis) by analyzing resulting market survey information.
  • Manages all aspects of global relocation and expatriate assignments, working with HR Business Partners, recruiters, 3rd party vendor, and line management.  Manages each assignment with a project plan and checklist of deliverables, acts as first point of service for employee questions, coordinates vendor activity, works collaboratively with Payroll, Accounting/Finance, and Legal department to ensure that all aspects of assignment are managed appropriately.
  • Lead and manage annual pay evaluation, salary increase, and incentive plan payout for the organization - from developing Excel tool for manager, through decision-making, approvals, and roll-up to payroll for payout.
  • Collects and maintains plan documents for all internal incentive programs, analyzes target and payout data, works collaboratively with Finance and business leaders to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective equity program management, including plan design, documentation, communication to participants.
  • Implements and manages appropriate business processes and internal controls for regulatory compliance, including but not limited to; AAP & EEO Compliance, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA & Disability. Performs appropriate audits to ensure system integrity.
  • Assists with development and implementation, and maintains market competitive compensation and benefit programs to enhance the recruitment and retention of quality associates. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education           

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience        

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, including acting as system administrator, HRIS project management, end-user supporting, and reporting, including 2+ years of recent experience with ADP HR Systems.
  • 1-2 years of Compensation analysis experience including survey input, year-end process management, job description management, regulatory reporting.
  • Thorough understanding of Human Resources functions and structure, including benefits, recruiting, compensation, training & development, and performance management.
  • Strong background in data integrity analytics & audits.
  • Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Access. Organizational skills to prioritize workflow and respond to conflicting deadlines
