A major international company is in search of an HRIS Generalist to help improve and implement HR and organizational development initiatives.  Proven HR and/or OD experience is required with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors.

Status:                 Direct Hire / Exempt

Compensation:       $70K – 75K / year and exceptional benefits

Hours:                  Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm 

Job Description:

HR Business Partner who will strengthen HR and Organizational Development areas that include Organizational Effectiveness, Strategy Development and Organizational Development.

  • Review and analyze business data to identify trends and provide solution recommendations
  • Work with HR strategy team on job architecture and change management
  • Collaborate with HR functional partners to execute effective strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with organizational development team to facilitate instruction led training sessions
  • Nurture growth and performance development of employees
  • Participate in compensation surveys, develop compensation proposals and correlate with management
  • Communicate significant changes in HR policies and programs

Partner with IS to deliver and maintain HR and Organizational Development systems, to include: Succession Planning, Career Development, 360 Assessments and Time & Attendance.

  • New technology implementation, test new release features, system enhancements/upgrades and issue resolutions
  • Create test scripts, document test scenarios and perform data loads in SuccessFactors
  • Provide analysis and reports as requested and ensure best practices with continuous system analysis
  • Ensure proper maintenance processes and procedures are documented
  • Oversee maintenance, auditing and validating data within HR systems to achieve data integrity

Perform other related duties as assigned



  • At least 5 years of HRIS and/or Human Resources/Organizational Development Generalist experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Preferred
  • Experience in SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Development, Succession and Reporting
  • Strong communication skills with strengths in project management and problem solving/decision making
  • Dead-line oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Technology savvy with strong PC skills
  • Availability to work overtime and travel (domestic) as required by projects
