Non-profit Agency located in the Germantown area of Philadelphia, PA is seeking a hands-on, critical thinking HR professional to  conduct the entire life cycle of staffing, and oversee the department's training and development activities aligned with operational strategic goals and objectives.

Will recruit and assist in the selection of high quality employees for Agency and its’ affiliates.  Will also assist in the design and  implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the Agency’s talent pool. Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the Agency’s talent strategies. The HRTM also supervises the Agency’s Training Coordinator and oversees training and development activities having the authority to work with the coordinator in supporting both staffing and training needs.  

Supports the CHRO in  the development of staffing and training programs and activities aimed at aligning talent management with Agency goals. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect Staffing and Training responsibilities.

Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related. SHRM certified preferred.

EXPERIENCE

3 years experience working in a senior level human resource role with emphasis in recruitment and staffing with evidence of possessing 5leadership competency.   Training and development experience a plus.
