Job Details

  • Serves as the Human Resource point-of-contact and liaison for other areas of Human Resources (i.e. recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
  • Assists in the interpretation of various policies and procedures for employees.
  • Investigates a variety of Human Resources related issues for the purpose of ensuring that effective, legally compliant resolutions are arrived at in a timely manner and are fair and contestant.
  • Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids, when requested
  • Assist in the creation of materials for new training programs
  • Will work to create a pool of candidates that have gone through interview screening and will be responsible for notifying the manager once they have completed the prescreening process (i.e. drug testing, background checks, etc.)
  • Coordinates and assists the Corporate Human Resources staff with new employee orientation and Site Manager training
  • Provide training on various HR policies and procedures, as needed
  • Will act as a liaison between operations and the Corporate Human Resources staff
  • Will be responsible for maintaining the company social media accounts along with the company newsletter.
  • Provides various general administrative support within the office
  • Assists with transition activities involved with new contracts
  • Assists with other areas of HR
  • Performs other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • A minimum of three (3) years of general HR administration experience
  • General understanding of HR law as it relates to compensation, employee relations, training and safety
  • Must be results driven with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must poses a high degree of integrity and ability to uphold confidentiality
  • Customer service orientation with the desire to respond to questions and resolve concerns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
