To this end, we are searching for a results oriented, continually learning Human Resource Business Partner to support associates, and partner with managers and senior business leaders in our east coast locations including our New York City, Washington D.C., and Boston regional offices. This position is based at our corporate headquarters located in Cleveland, Ohio and will require a significant in-person presence within the assigned region. Travel requirements ranging from 25% to 50% is to be expected

About the Role:

As Human Resource Business Partner, you will leverage your HR subject matter expertise, along with strong communication and influencing skills to support company initiatives and drive change around talent and structure. The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. The Human Resource Business Partner function is critical in executing our people initiatives by providing exceptional internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence and promoting process improvement. You will manage a diverse range of projects and issues, including leading quarterly HR business reviews, managing compensation concerns, dealing with employee relations issues and more. You will report to the VP of HR - Talent and Business Partners.

You Will:
? Serve as a trusted and valued advisor for assigned client groups
? Analyze complex issues, design effective solutions, and facilitate change
? Provide counsel on a broad spectrum of issues and opportunities, including investigation and resolution of employee relations issues.
? Clarify, interpret and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within assigned client areas. Ensure consistency in approach across areas of the business
? Coach and mentor at management level
? Assist in the implementation of new and existing HR programs and initiatives
? Serve as liaison between HR centers of expertise and various internal customers for support and advice in areas of benefits, compensation, training and development, performance management, and more
? Help with the overall planning and rollout for succession planning, workforce planning, a performance management system, and development plans for managers and associates
? Provide direction and influence to support the business as it builds and strengthens succession bench strength and leadership capability. Provide facilitation to support talent practices that the business is accountable for such as business talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management calibration sessions

You Have:
?
? A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
? At least 5-7 years of HR or related experience; preferably in a HR Business Partner/Generalist Role
? A track record of results, problem-solving and accountability
? Expertise in employee relations issues, HR policy implementations and investigations
? Ability to exercise excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
? Ability to build relationships, establish trust, manage conflict and influence others
? Ability to see the big picture and be attentive to detail with strong analytic skills
? Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
