Job Details

Three Rivers Park District is seeking a part-time Human Resource Coordinator. This position independently performs and coordinates a wide variety of technical human resources support services related to training & development, performance management, safety, recruitment and selection as well as complex human resource support.

This Part-Time Non-Benefitted position is a .5 FTE position which will be scheduled to work approximately 20 hours per week.  A mutually agreeable work schedule will be determined with the incumbent upon appointment.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND two (2) years of vocational or business school training or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years progressively responsible office or technical experience preferably in the human resources field, OR any combination of education and experience equal to the above. Experience with ADP or NeoGov Products preferred.
