Job Name:  Human Resource Director

 Job Description:  Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association seeks a dynamic, experienced Human Resource Director.  As an integral part of the Hot Springs Village leadership team, this position champions the continuous enhancement of the organization’s human capital by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices.  Hot Springs Village is one of the premier employers in Central Arkansas and this position is responsible for the culture and morale of the 230 full-time and 220 part-time, diverse employees. The Director manages all human resource functions such as employment, compensation, labor relations, and benefits.  The successful candidate will have knowledge on HRIS (ADP preferred), federal and state laws, OSHA, EEOC, and other human resource programs.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have knowledge on HIRS (ADP preferred), federal and state laws, OSHA, EEOC, and other human resource programs. Bachelor’s Degree, 3 year’s experience, or combination of degree/experience and a PHR or SHRM-CP required.
