The AACSB-accredited John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University anticipates one full-time, non-tenure track, clinical faculty opening in the Management Department, to teach almost exclusively in the human resource management area, beginning academic year 2017-2018.

The position requires a terminal degree, preferably a doctorate, in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field. Graduate degrees in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, and Marketing are also offered. The position will entail a 4, 4 teaching load with courses offered both day and evening as well as in a hybrid (online, weekend in-class) format.

Qualified candidates should submit a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, samples of publications or research papers or examples of professional contributions to the HRM profession, student evaluations, and three letters of reference electronically here.
