Job Details

The HR Manager position is responsible for executing all of the human resource functions of the organization for 100 + employees. Responsibilities include providing the following duties: *Recruiting and employment * Orientation and training * Compensation administration * Benefits administration * Associate and public relations * Legal compliance * Policies and procedures * Supervisory duties develop/conduct manager trainings on systems; Insurance and Employee Benefits * Serve as safety compliance officer; * manager employee leave programs ( FMLA, PFL, Disability, Maternity, etc.) and recommend/create/update policies. * Manage unemployment claims* Policy and compliance - coordinate handbook and other policy updates reporting and general * Coordinate various government reporting requirements; EEO1, OSHA Log 300, benefits filings, etc. * Responsible for integrity of reporting of salary and bonus information, * Perform special assignments, research projects, and prepare focused analyses as needed.

Requirements

1. Comprehensive HR expertise in employment law, EEO guidelines, employee management, health and welfare benefit programs and full cycle recruiting.

2. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple diverse parties throughout organization.

3.Experience and desire to effectively engage employees through coaching, advising and mentoring.

4. Business acumen, successful leadership experience and excellent communication and consultation skills.

5. Commitment to AMP values, mission and communities. High degree of cultural responsiveness, cultural humility and professional integrity. Commitment to HR ethical professional standards.

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or related field.

2. Mater's degree or PHR certification a plus.
