Summary:The Human Resources/Plant Support Manager is responsible
for overseeing the Human Resources operations, Administrative and front office support for plant production departments and facilitating Marketing events. This position champions the Shamrock
culture and guides organizational leaders through personnel issues, including: talent acquisition, onboarding, training, benefits, safety, compensation, policies, communication, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employment law.

• Oversee production accounting responsibilities through Plant Support Coordinator:
• Report generation; update and configure weekly Excel reports and e-mail reports to support production team and maintain filing system.
• The exporting and importing of information from DAX system to maintain daily spreadsheets, daily production variance, finished product, and raw milk receiving
• Track batching vs. packaging variance and report progress. Track rework and products on hold.
• Research variances and recommend procedures to improve variance.
• Support the plant in accounting for milk and ingredient usage.
• Manage front office/receptionist area.
• Facilitate and organize Marketing objectives/events to promote Shamrock Farms brand in community.
• Maintain, communicate and manage invoices for facility Vendor accounts to include security and managing IT functions/issues.
• Create and meet yearly departmental budgeted expenses and manage KPIs
• Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
• Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
• Provides strategic insight and guidance to branch/regional leaders by building a strong business relationship and demonstrating insight, HR expertise and business acumen.
• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
• Provides pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, performance, and other personnel issues.
• Raises proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommends appropriate action plans.
• Promotes Employee Engagement/Experience & Recognition through driving Brand and Culture initiatives.
• Briefs new managers on Shamrock policies and procedures.
• Partners with recruitment team to select prospective staff and works with Community job interest groups and Managed Service Providers.
• Collects ongoing information regarding satisfaction of associates on working conditions, assuring associates are satisfied and engaged to help Shamrock maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Conducts new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs on changes in benefits, diversity, etc.
• Receives employee complaints and acts accordingly to resolve them. Champions a safety culture and oversees worker’s compensation claims.
• Administers benefits and provides support for corporate initiatives on wellness.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of Human Resource Management experience
• HR Professional Certifications (PHR, SPHR, CP, SCP) preferred
