Job Details

Responsible for all aspects of the Human Resource Function including policy development and management and employee relations.


•Policy and Procedure Compliance 
•Complete various paperwork to include Insurance papers, employment verifications, etc.
•Assist with the tracking of all employee absentness & tardiness.

Responsible for tracking, scheduling & monitoring new employee reviews prior to 90 days.
•Ensure accuracy of all HR documentation.

Monitor the updating and accuracy of the Matrix/SOP’s (accountably for the correctness and timely updates).

Coordinate the training of all new hires and Administrative staff.  
•Provides advice to supervisors regarding policies, personnel practices.

May be asked to oversee some payroll and billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeleness.
•Ensure compliance with Records Management Policies and Procedures.
•Work closely with Safety Personnel to assist with new hire orientation.
•Resolves employee relations issues by providing coaching to all parties and recommends and manages appropriate
        disciplinary actions.  
•Must be able to conduct new hire orientation/onboarding and training.

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or business related field. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.


•  A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resource Management, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
•  Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
•  Must have the ability to professionally present to all levels of the organization including Senior Management.
•  Solid knowledge of experience with government regulations as they apply to recruiting, payroll, employee relations and record keeping.
•  Strong planning & organization skills.
•  Capable of working with all levels of the organization.
  Proficient with key computer applications (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
•  Must be able to discuss sensitive & confidential information with employees in a professional manner.  Must be performed with the highest of integrity, trust & respect.
•  Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
•  Strong collaborative/team orientated.
  Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills with all levels of the organization.
•  Detail and deadline-oriented.
