Job Details

Responsibilities:

- Attract talent by creating and posting job descriptions across   carious platforms
- Manage administrative aspects of search strategies for each   open position. This may include posting positions on   websites, placing ads in newspapers,or contacting local   employment offices sourcing of candidates from online job   board.
- Provide a steady stream of highly qualified candidates meet  the organization's evolving hiring needs
- Work closely with our HR manager to develop recruiting    strategies for each open position
- Manage hiring and on-boarding process for each new hire
- Maintain contact with Candidates through the new hire   process
- Employee Tracking- New Hires, Losses, Promotions

Requirements

 

- The ideal candidate will need to have at least 5 years of recruitment experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player
- Outside- the- box recruiting strategies
- Excellent computer skills specifically in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel SHRM and other certificates a plus
- Bachelor's degree
