Human Resources Administrator

Consolidated Supply Co., a NW wholesaler with multiple locations, has an opening for a full-time Human Resources (HR) Administrator in our corporate office. This position works Monday through Friday.

Job Description:

The HR Administrator position provides a variety of HR functions specifically concentrating in the areas of recruiting and staffing, training, HR technology, wellness initiatives, and safety administration. This position performs work encompassing complex and confidential administrative functions involving all HR activities, programs, policies, and procedures on a daily basis.


  • Administers recruiting and staffing, company safety programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Participates and aids in the coordination of employee satisfaction, which includes recognition programs and employee engagement activities
  • Completes internal HR cross-departmental and statistical reporting
  • Responsible for maintenance and administration of HR technology such as our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Conducts presentations as needed
  • Active involvement supporting the HR team with projects and HR initiatives.
  • Files and maintains employee personnel files
  • Other HR related functions as assigned

  • Candidates must be detail oriented, have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet set deadlines
  • Effective problem solving skills required
  • Effective written and verbal communication using different tools
  • Strong computer proficiency with demonstrated experience on web-based technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Publisher)
  • Preferably past experience administering and utilizing an HRIS/HRMS
  • We are looking for candidates who are energetic and enthusiastic team members

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
  • 2+ years Human Resources experience, or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
