Job Details

  • Conducts full cycle recruitment for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees.
  • Assists with collecting, verifying, and submitting new hire documents.
  • Supports HR team with record retention and reporting.
  • Takes part in employee relations support by fielding and resolving inquiries.
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Participates in developing and realizing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or other business concentrations. 
  • 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
