Job Details

Infostellar is looking for an energetic, and driven individual to take care of our human resources. The Human Resources Associate performs human resources related duties on a professional level which includes but is not limited to: recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, orientation/training, internships and the day-to-day functions of the department.


  • Performs recruitment efforts for exempt, nonexempt and temporary positions, completes background checks, and facilitates the onboarding process
  • Perform benefits administration by enrolling new employees into the group health and other qualified plans, resolving medical claims, creating invoices for payment, updating employee records, and communicating benefits information to employees
  • Oversee the volunteer and internship program by responding to requests, onboarding new volunteers and interns, establishing collegiate relationships, and insuring Department of Labor compliance
  • Prepares payroll and coordinate changes with accounting staff on a semi-monthly basis

    Stand out applicants will have previous experience in a HR or Recruitment Administration role with experience interviewing and selecting professional candidates. We are also particularly interested in learning if you have held an office support or management role and you would like to develop your career within HR and Recruitment. Ultimately we will select someone who demonstrates that they will fit into a tight knit team, who genuinely cares about people, and understands that everything we do drives our success and the service we provide to our clients

    This position is temporary to begin with, but has the potential to become permanent within our team based on your demonstrated ability to succeed and desire to grow into the organization
