World Wild Wings, LLC / Pacific Bells, LLC is a multi-site restaurant company operating over 150 Taco Bells and 65 Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar restaurants in several states. We seek a key professional to fill the role of HRBP supporting our California markets, as we continue our rapid growth and development in our restaurant brands. The HRBP position is accountable for providing critical human resources support to the field, as well as to the HR team and will report to the Director of Human Resources.

General knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources administration; knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of human resources management; knowledge of the various organizations/brands and working knowledge of basic operations of each; ability to develop long-term plans and programs, to evaluate work accomplishments and to build relationships with Operations and other department heads to proactively identify and solve performance gaps; ability to adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements of senior management; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees and the general public; ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form; ability to effectively deliver classroom training, facilitate meetings and events and deliver oral presentations to audiences of all varieties, including size, organizational level and experience.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum Five (5) years of CA-based retail/restaurant HR generalist experience required
  • Supporting multiple states, a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or Education, required
  • Any equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Excellent writing and communications skills, required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint, required
  • Experience using Ultipro/HRIS software, preferred
  • 25-50% local (some overnight) travel required
  • SHRM Certified Professional in CA (PHR-CA), preferred
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English), preferred
  • Salary based on experience
  • Monthly Car Allowance: $500
