Join our CFC team as a Human Resources Business Partner and be a part of changing peoples’ lives. This position provides operational support to designated client groups in all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and employee development. The HR Business Partner serves as the dedicated HR contact to assigned client groups.

 

Your role will be key to helping our employees achieve their full potential in every aspect of the employee life cycle, including a positive onboarding experience and ongoing engagement and learning strategies. You will act as advisor to supervisors and managers in all aspects of employee relations and performance management, as well as individual employee development strategies and programs.

 

The Business Partner will build relationships at all levels and will work closely with all members of the HR Team and CFC’s business teams to provide input, support initiatives, and share best practices to improve operational effectiveness.

 

The preferred candidate will demonstrate a passion for working in a non-profit organization, preferably with experience in health care and human services, as well as demonstrated competency in learning agility and the ability to deal with ambiguity.

 

Schedule: This is a full-time position. Must be capable of traveling between work locations in the Rochester area.

 

Experience and Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree a plus. Three to five years progressive HR experience. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws. Experience with HRIS software and supporting technology required. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
