The HR Business Partner will be the single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit. The Business Partner will collaborate with managers to support business objectives through problem resolution and program development in the areas of employee relations, engagement recognition and retention.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, healthcare or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources generalist experience in a medium to large organization. Healthcare experience highly preferred. Expertise in complex employee relations issues required. A focus in recruitment and retention preferred. Self-starter with the ability to interact with all levels of management. Demonstrated ability to organize and execute assigned projects. SPHR, PHR preferred.
