Job Details

As a Human Resource Compliance Manager, you will act as a key part of the Koch Industries HR Compliance team, with responsibilities for various compliance initiatives and analyses in support of our affiliates. We are looking for someone who is inquisitive, collaborative, has an interest in learning more about HR Compliance, and the ability to analyze data in efforts to develop HR compliance capability across the Koch Companies.

A Day In The Life COULD Include:

  • Lead compliance support for Talent Acquisition:       Training and leadership of ongoing compliance capability development group
  • Compliance support for the applicant tracking system and reporting
  • Compliance support related to background check / drug screening process
  • Lead and participate in affiliate risk assessment activities including employment audits, analyses, and other assessments
  • Lead compliance related initiatives and projects
  • Oversight for compensation surveys and tools
  • Prepare Affirmative Action Plans and associated analyses
  • Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) contract compliance support for various Koch companies
  • Impact Ratio Analysis / Adverse Impact support


What You Will Need To Bring With You (Requirements):

  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist, Recruiting and/or Employment Law background

  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large linked worksheets, and functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP

  • Experience leading a project involving multiple team members or capabilities

  • Experience leading training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration


What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred):

  • Experience in an HR Generalist role

  • Experience using Taleo or another applicant tracking system (ATS), and/or prior work experience implementing or supporting an ATS

  • Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis

  • Experience using Tableau or Excel power pivot

  • Foundation in employment law

  • Desire to research and review regulations

  • Prior HR Compliance responsibilities, such as EEO, AAP

  • Prior accounting, audit or finance is a plus
