Job Details

Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in Billings, Montana.  The Human Resources office conveys professionalism and enthusiasm in support of GSMW’s mission and strategies by providing solid human resources acumen.

 

The successful candidate will have the ability to competently perform an array of human resources tasks, particularly in the areas of: recruiting, new employee orientation and onboarding, organization of employee files and employee benefits management. This individual will work closely with the Finance Department, assisting them with review of policies, benefits reconciliation, annual audit requests, etc. In addition, the Human Resources Coordinator will support the leadership team by applying human resources and business knowledge to inform and drive both short and long-term strategies.

Requirements

Technically proficient with MS Office, ability to quickly learn new software,

Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner,

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related area, or equivalent experience,

A minimum of 3 years human resources experience.
