The mission of the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington is to spread the light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. In the faithful pursuit of this mission, the archdiocese is seeking a Human Resources Data Analyst.

 

The Human Resources Data Analyst will be responsible for the support of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This position will serve as a point-of-contact for parishes, schools and Central Pastoral Administration and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

 

Requirements

Must be a practicing Catholic who supports the teachings of the Catholic Church. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education/experience required. Society of Human Resource Management or HRCI certification preferred. Two or more years of experience in Human Resource Information Systems is required.

Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), UltiPro preferred.Knowledge of Federal and State employment law.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Effective team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks under time sensitive deadlines.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Proficiency in suite of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
