Job Details

  • Reports directly to the ownership of company
  • Primary communication liaison between 400+ employees and corporate office
  • Responsible for worker compensation claim management and process
  • Participates in processing of worker compensation monthly reporting
  • Responsible for unemployment insurance claim management and process
  • Responsible and maintains company health insurance program of company
  • Responsible for maintenance of company 401K retirement program
  • Works in conjunction with management to handle employee issues and claims
  • Processes and conducts employee law related claims and handling
  • Responsible for company FMLA management and processes
  • Responsible for company COBRA management and processes 
  • Facilitates corporate memos and communications to employees
  • Oversees DOT random drug and alcohol selection processes for company
  • Manages company Safe Driver Elite program 
  • Monitors and orders company office supplies needs for Central and Corporate office
  • Manages maintenance of company copiers for Central and Corporate office   
  • Fulfills such back up roll & administrative support for corporate office 
  • Provides administrative support to all departments
  • Professionally answers telephone, provides customer service support when needed.
  • Fully endorses and consistently supports company policies and procedures 
  • Assists with insuring quality assurance protocols within the company
  • Serves such other functions, as may be directed by senior management of the company
