El Centro Family Health, a leader in providing comprehensive health-care in northern NM is hiring a Human Resources Director.  The HR Director will be responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing HR strategy and support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of workforce management, organizational and performance management, training and career development. Provides strategic leadership by articulating Human Resource needs and plans to the leadership team.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Min. BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related field. Or 6 years experience in Human Resources in a Management role in lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.

     

    Prefer:

  • Master in Business Administration

  • SHRM or PHR Certified

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to strategically and tactically evaluate and implement HR related programs and initiatives.

  • Ability to be able to work with a variety of organizational leadership to build consensus around HR strategy tactics.

  • Demonstrate background in talent management and leadership management.

  • Ability to attract and retain outstanding talent and assemble and motivate high performance teams.

  • Leadership skills as well as proven organizational skills are required.

  • Experienced leader and human resource executive with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the medical field.

  • Forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

  • Well organized and self-dedicated individual who is a team player.

  • Ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.

  • A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor.

  • An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute.

  • Ability to travel.

  • Maintain valid driver’s license and clearance for unrestricted automobile insurance coverage pursuant to NM State law.
