Sport Clips continues to experience success through our belief that our Team Members are our greatest asset. Currently, we are seeking a Director of HR Organization Effectiveness to design and implement best-in-class HR programs that enhance business performance. In this position, you will focus on performance management, talent development, Team Member engagement and organizational design.  Share our energy and enthusiasm for implementing a talent strategy which provides high impact solutions for our business, developing our Team Members, and strive as an “Employer of Choice” in our markets.  You will play a critical role in overall effectiveness of our Team and ensuring that every Sport Clips Client receives a Championship Haircut.

What You’ll Do:

Proactively manage, develop, execute, and continuously improve the processes which evaluate talent and organizational gaps/opportunities for future growth.
Consult with leaders to ensure that talent management and developmental plans are in place.
Partner with CTO to translate strategic vision for talent into actionable implementation plans and follow-through for adoption.
Assess performance management processes, make recommendations/changes while gaining Leadership buy-in, and lead implementation. 
Evaluate external labor market conditions, internal growth projections, and analyze data to drive sound people/talent decisions.
In partnership with the CTO, design and implement a talent strategy which ensures that Sport Clips continues to be retain, hire, and develop the best Team Members.
Collaborate with other HR leaders and Team Members to ensure that the talent practices align with Sport Clips values.
Drive operational excellence across all HR processes to ensure Championship experiences with our Team Members.
Work with HRIS and IT team to automate talent processes.


What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of human resources experience, preferably in salon, service, or retail industry preferred, with at least 4 years of progressive management experience.
Proven experience leveraging organizational design principles, evaluating and driving adoption of performance management, and establishing development plans for succession paths.
Demonstrated experience driving organizational effectiveness (talent planning, performance management, success planning, etc.) and change expertise.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates, to include C-suite leadership.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to interpret and analyze HR and business metrics and trends as related to organizational effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
Strong business acumen, HR and/or OD expertise with proficiency in multiple HR disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Demonstration of organizational core values.
