The Human Resources Director plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates the overall activities of the Human Resources Department which includes recruitment and selection, compensation and classification, employee relations, organizational development, employee records, payroll, performance management, merit rules, diversity and inclusion, human resources information systems, employee benefits and other personnel related activities for a large organization with both centralized and decentralized personnel management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum education/experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or related field and ten (10) years' increasingly responsible human resources administration experience which includes five (5) years' management experience.
