Human Resources Director, Service Delivery

The Healthcare HR Leader (Service Delivery) leads the Nursing and Nursing Support Service Delivery Team (SDT) and is responsible for creating and implementing strategic HR plans in coordination with business and HR leadership, managing HR related business for multiple entities or functions within the adult hospital and clinics serving as a resource and partner to leaders in maintaining a positive and rewarding work experience for employees.

 

The right candidate will have effective communications skills to build collaborative relationships within all levels of the organization, prepare/present comprehensive information and function well in an environment with a governance structure that requires in person communication to multiple groups for feedback, recommendations and implementation.

 

The HR Director develops and evaluates system wide nursing strategy by working with many levels of nursing leadership, ECNO, CNO, ANO, Nursing Directors, Managers and Supervisors.

 

The Director must have the ability to lead a high performing team with a focus on delivering world class service and coach healthcare leaders on effective leadership practices that create a workplace that fosters trust, collaboration, communication, active listening and quality feedback in the production of high performing teams.

 

Position requirements include:

•           Bachelor’s degree

•           Seven (7) years of human resource experience in areas such as employee relations consulting, recruitment, organizational development, compensation or benefits with a minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role

•           Healthcare experience is required

•           Proven experience in employee relations and strategic development of actions that produce results with internal business customers

•           Demonstrated ability to review multiple data sources, prepare and present concise analysis

•           Demonstrated ability to take complex ideas and communicate in clear and effective manner

•           Strong business literacy skills in both verbal and written communication

•           Highly confident, self-directed, motivated and diplomatic

•           PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
