Job Details

We are seeking two Human Resources Generalists in Atlanta, GA to join our Human Resources team.

 The Human Resources Generalists will have a wide span of responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment, working collaboratively under tight deadlines with multiple departments to achieve our company objectives.

The scope of the responsibilities for these positions include:

  • Developing job descriptions and conducting full cycle recruitment for a range of positions (light industrial workers, technical engineers, office administration)
  • Creating an external talent pipeline for increased staffing needs across multiple shifts
  • Maintaining current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action laws and practices  
  • Administering orientation and onboarding process for employees, including 90 day employment reviews
  • Creating a training needs assessment for development of internal training plan and programs
  • Sourcing external trainers or companies as required
  • Maintaining current employee, benefits and payroll information in all HRIS Systems
  • Creating ad-hoc reporting for staffing, demographics, and payroll
  • Maintaining strong rapport with front line supervisors and employees to resolve employee relations issues as they arise
  • Coaches managers and supervisors on the performance management process, including progressive discipline 

Requirements

The ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships in a diverse work environment
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field,
  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in the retail, warehouse or manufacturing industries
  • Professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)

This position requires the ability to work both within a traditional office environment and manufacturing facility, with the ability to spend most of the workday focusing on a computer screen and utilizing a keyboard.
