We are searching for a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team! 

The Human Resources Generalist is the key human resources point person for assigned centers and is responsible for administering benefits, processing payroll, recruitment of staff for PE and center positions, employee relations, policy management and supporting various human resource functions for those assigned centers. This position advises center management on various human resources issues and consults with Director, Human Resources when necessary.

This position requires a high degree of organization, prioritization, professional communications and attention to detail. Understanding the PE and center structure, the individual must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, as well as state and federal employment laws.


Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience

  • Payroll processing experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now preferred

  • Prior high volume recruiting experience (such as a Staffing Agency) strongly desired.

  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices and the ability to research state and federal laws, as needed
