Job Details

  • Assists in all functional areas of human resources with particular attention to benefit administration, recruitment, and records management.

  • Assists with the administration of the employee benefits program including health, dental, retirement, and voluntary benefits.

  • Assists with all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.

  • Interprets personnel policies/procedures to employees as appropriate.

  • Responsible for payroll changes in HRIS and maintains all necessary documentation in the personnel files.

  • Develops, prepares, generates, and analyzes on-going reports pertaining to employee information and data. Effectively utilizes the HRIS to obtain, store, and analyze pertinent data.

  • Assists with preparation for audits and reviews by accrediting agencies.

  • Maintain and update human resources policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for ensuring continued compliance with all local, state and federal health, safety and employment laws and regulations.

  • Assists with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Must have at least 5 years HR experience with an emphasis in benefit administration

Must have experience using HRIS, Paychex experience preferred

Must be proficient in all computer systems including MS office, Excel

Must be adaptable, flexible and a team player

Strong communication and the ability to multitask is essential

Healthcare knowledge and experience desired

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
