Job Details

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a contribution to a dynamic, well established, and growing company?  Do you view a job as more than just a job, but a commitment?  Are you equally interested in growing as a person and as a professional?  Are you someone who is willing to bring your heart and not just your skills, abilities and “what you know” to a company who will invest in your personal growth?   Are you willing to learn, to listen, and to explore who you are and how you got to be you?  Are you open to doing whatever is needed in the job even when the tasks seem below your skill level in order to learn about the Company culture and learn and grow as an individual?  Will you bring excitement and intention to causing outcomes rather than be a victim of circumstances?  Can you embrace change, risk, and flexibility?  Are you intrigued?  Then read on……

Westinghouse Lighting is searching for a Human Resources Generalist who is willing to say yes to these questions.  Reporting to the Director of Corporate Human Resources, this position is a special and unique opportunity to learn about all of the aspects of HR, starting with the basic tasks and continuing on a path to an eventual leadership role.  We are willing to mentor and invest in you and your future with the Company.  If you are looking to kick-start your career in HR, Westinghouse Lighting is the place to be. This role is diverse in responsibilities and the ideal candidate will be competent and resourceful with a passion for HR.
