Job Details

The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining human resource information systems for the organization as well as providing input into Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay’s overall Human Resources systems architecture strategy and planning.  

The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst will also re-purpose raw data into actionable information, and will play a key consultative role to our internal customers, to include identifying strategic information needs, conducting data and process analyses, providing actionable recommendations and executing analytical projects that support the organization’s strategic objectives.  

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; experience in HRIS or related disciplines.  HR and/or Project Management certification a plus

  • Experience managing and leading change throughout the organization
  • Ultimate Software experience highly preferred, with a strong understanding of IBM Cognos 10
  • Demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including data analysis
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with both technical and functional end users
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • A commitment to the highest ethical business standards is required
