The ideal candidate will be a vital part of the Human Resources Department.  The top focus for this position will be:

  • Recruiting
  • Onboarding
  • Social media employer branding
  • Benefits administration
  • Special projects

We are open to the right part-time candidate.   We can be pretty flexible around your schedule during regular business hours Mon - Fri.  We anticipate this position will expand to full time in 2018.  The ideal candidate wants to grow into the FT role. 

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Must love people!
  • BS in Human Resources or equivalent experience. 
  • We will consider a recent grad or student nearing graduation.
  • Thorough understanding of human resources concepts, policies & procedures
  • Talents to provide outstanding service to our internal & external customers
  • Adept with MS Suite, GMail and social media
