HR Leader/ Employee Advocate
 
Clean Air Engineering (CleanAir) is a global provider of services and products used to determine the environmental and thermal performance of a multitude of industries. We are currently seeking someone to fill the newly created position of HR Leader/Employee Advocate to lead, design and implement learning and development programs, internal talent advocacy, and employee performance management metrics. He/she will help to align human capital needs required to help exceed strategic business goals.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership to design and implement a workforce and succession planning system to develop high potential employees, assess future talent and leadership needs and build bench strength aligned with both the current operational and strategic growth needs
  • Work with HR team to develop and implement employment policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Research wellness, and develop advocacy programs for employees
  • Stay abreast of employment and benefit laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and assessment
  • Facilitate, implement and evaluate training programs, including online training
  • Plan, implement and evaluate programs to develop leaders to increase performance and talent
  • Research and implement best practices regarding records organization and retention of employee-related documents
  • Collaborate with the employee hiring and separation process including monitoring for quality and improvement
  • Research and implement best practices regarding records organization and retention of employee-related documents
  • Collaborate with the employee hiring and separation process including monitoring for quality and improvement
  • Work with Global Recruiting System to collaboratively develop recruitment strategy and measurement systems for effectively sourcing and selecting talent
  • Develop and implement employee on-boarding practices that increase employee engagement and accelerate learning
  • Periodically travel to other CleanAir offices

 

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years HR experience in a small to mid-sized organization
  • Experience in implementing learning, development and talent acquisition programs to align with strategic initiatives
  • Collaboration, team building and change management
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Past experience as an HR Generalist desired
  • Attention to detail

 
Education:
 
Bachelor's degree required, an emphasis in Training and Development or Human Resources preferred.
