The City of New Richmond is pleased to announce that we are actively recruiting for the leadership position of Human Resource Manager and Executive Assistant.  We are seeking candidates with a drive to be a leader within our team, someone who inspires, leads by example and places family and safety first. 


This position provides an exciting opportunity because no two days are the same.  One day you could be coaching staff on wellness practices, and the next day you could be assisting with departmental budgets or working on a variety of projects.   


We are seeking a leader who possesses the core attributes of excellent communication, problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, elected officials and community members ensuring information and questions are quickly addressed. 


This position will offer you the ability to map your own course for expanding human resources, wellness and leadership within the City of New Richmond as well as being a part of a team who are committed to making the City of New Richmond an amazing place to live and work.

Minimum Qualifications Include:


- B.S or B.A College Degree in a related field or Human Resource Certification with at least 3 years experience 

- Proven track record as an innovator and problem solver 

-The ability to place family and safety first within our organization
