As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide all facets of HR support to employees in Atlanta operations site.

 

A week in the life of a Human Resources Manager:

  • You will establish and maintain effective partnerships within all levels of the organization, and provide coaching and counseling on routine employee organizational issues to employees and management
  • You will promote a positive work environment through daily interactions with employees and management and through the administration of employee activities and programs
  • You will lead site-wide efforts for recruitment and staffing at the site for administrative, production, and technical departments
  • You will administer existing salary programs, ensuring pay activities are within guidelines, as well as develop compensation programs that serve as attraction and retention mechanisms
  • You will administer leave, STD/LTD, and Workers’ Compensation to include all necessary documentation and communication to employees, carriers, and managers as appropriate.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • To succeed at this job, you must have: a minimum of five to seven years’ experience in a Human Resources generalist role
  • It would be preferred if you have experience working in a manufacturing setting, experience in recruitment, staffing, and benefits administration
  • You must be fluent in English
  • We would like someone to join our team who is experienced in change management with strong relationship management skills and abilities
  • You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.  Human Resources certification preferred.
